  • It all starts with a free consultation. We will meet with you to go over your current fitness level and discuss your goals before developing a fitness plan. Our bespoke training programs and meal plans are tailored specifically to your personal fitness goals and current physical ability. Modifications are always possible, refinements and advancements will always be made, and you can take breaks as you need them!

  • It's important to have a clear set of fitness goals in place so we can measure your progress. While we track statistics for weight, increased reps, and sets achieved, goal tracking all comes down to your personal preference. We will establish what is best for you to achieve your goals.

  • The ideal frequency of personal training sessions varies from person to person depending on your fitness level, experience, and need for guidance and motivation. Most clients gradually reduce their training sessions as they become more self-directed exercisers or until their goals change.

  • We explore and utilize a variety of different ways to motivate and encourage you — from verbal coaching and feedback during a session to reaching out and texting you after your session. We tailor our encouragement to the way you want to be treated in and outside of the gym.

  • Yes. Proper nutrition is an important part of achieving your fitness goals. We have extensive knowledge and appreciation of the critical role nutrition plays and will be able to provide you with easy-to-understand meal plans and guidelines that will help you efficiently achieve your goals.

  • We offer you the flexibility and convenience of working out from home or at your local gym. Whichever one works best for you. Our in-home training program is centered around the use of bodyweight training, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells. You never have to step out your front door.

  • T4P has the power to motivate and educate while helping you perfect your form to prevent personal injuries. We will also help you set realistic goals.
