About Edgar

I'm Edgar, a coach with Oak Fitness in Houston, coaching clients online. I've spent the past year training people and learning on the gym floor, and I focus on weight loss, injury prevention, and nutrition. My goal is to help you grow physically and mentally. Because I'm building my coaching business one client at a time, you get my full attention. Every plan starts with you: workouts built around your schedule, your body, and any old aches or injuries, plus a nutrition plan made from foods you actually enjoy. Strength and mobility work are part of every program, so you keep making progress instead of getting sidelined. Whether you're starting from zero or getting back into it, I'll give you a clear plan, check in on you every week, and help you build the habits and confidence that last. I'm always learning, and everything I learn goes straight into my clients' programs.

Coaching philosophy

My coaching philosophy is simple: help you feel your best, look your best, move pain-free, and grow both physically and mentally. Real change happens in your body and your mindset at the same time. Every workout you finish builds discipline, and every goal you hit builds confidence that carries into the rest of your life. I believe lasting results come from training smart, not just training hard. Every program I build balances strength, mobility, and injury prevention, so your body keeps getting stronger instead of breaking down. I pair that with nutrition you can actually sustain. No extreme diets and no punishing workouts, just steady progress you can see in the mirror and feel in how you move, think, and live.
